Thank you for choosing Apartments Carmen! Our house is made up of several cozy apartments, each hosting guests who, just like you, are here to enjoy a relaxing and memorable holiday.
By booking one of our apartments or rooms, you agree to follow our house policies. These guidelines are designed to help everyone have a wonderful time, feel comfortable, and make the most of their stay.
Think of them as friendly reminders to ensure that all our guests can create happy memories by the pool, on the terrace, or enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Premantura.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we can’t wait to welcome you to a stay full of comfort, relaxation, and fun!
1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
2. Pets
- Small and smaller medium breed dogs are welcome on request
- For large dogs, unfortunately our apartments are too small
- Pets are not allowed in or around the pool area

- Parties or loud events are not allowed
- Guests may host small gatherings with prior notice for safety reasons
5. General Guest Conduct
- Respect other guests and neighbors
- Keep noise at reasonable levels
- Dispose of trash responsibly

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
- Apartments Carmen is not liable for accidents caused by failure to follow house rules
